Here at Molecule Clothes, we believe in our products, and are sure you will too. So, we're really happy to let you know about our hassle free return policy :

In short : love your Molecules or get a full refund!

Every item you purchase at Molecule Clothes must meet your standards - or you can return it for a replacement, or a full refund (even including your order shipping amount!).

Wrong look? Wrong size? Not what you wanted? No problem - we'll even pay the shipping back to you if you're making an exchange. You're only kidding yourself about that extra-small waist, aren't you? :)

We have return addresses in the USA, UK, Australia, (and Thailand), so returning an item for a size change or refund is easy.

The following terms apply to all returns:

• Please let us know if there is any specific issue - we will try to help.
• Items must be in as-new and unused condition, including original tags and packaging - we cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
• Return requests must be made within 90 days from your order date.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Clearance items and items purchased as part of a special offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clothing exchanges for a different size will include free shipping back to you (first exchange only).
• If you decide that you don't like an exchanged item and want a refund (ie. we've shipped to you twice), we'll refund you the product price but not the original shipping paid.
• Any credit will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of order. This might take a full billing cycle (depending on your payment processor), even if we issue the refund straight away.
